Coupons

I have started to "coupon". My original inspiration was the TLC show Extreme Couponing, but I am fully aware that I will not go to the lengths that the people on the show did. However, I am saving our family so much money now that I am using coupons on a regular basis.

I don't have and pictures to show you of my "finds", but the other day I saved $53 dollars on a grocery bill that started out at over $100!

I have been using The Krazy Coupon Lady method for couponing and I have been using their system. I can show you a picture of the binder I started to organize all of my coupons.

I am not going to make this into a coupon blog, but I want to stay true to what s current in my life. This is the whole reason I started this blog to begin with.

Seriously?!?!

These prices are getting ridiculous. $4.00 a gallon!!! Yesterday morning we filled our truck for $97.43! We may be home bound for a while.

Hockey and a 2 year old birthday party

Big E played a game pick up (drop in) hockey today.




He had such a good time. He hasn't played in about a year. He wasn't too bad either. His girlfriend came along to watch since she has never seen him play.


My niece had her 2nd birthday party today.



It was a cowgirl theme. It was adorable. My sister did an amazing job with the entire party.
